BD68 equipment foot leveling epoxy resin adhesive adhesives
Product description:
This product is a high hardness impact resistant polymer material composed of modified low viscosity, high temperature resistant hybrid resin and a variety of polymer materials.It has low viscosity
and is easy to level. It can be cast on site and formed at one time at room temperature. The cured product has the characteristics of heat insulation, vibration resistance, pressure resistance and corrosion resistance,
it can effectively repair the damage to the base of large equipment caused by uneven pressure or vibration, impact, chemical corrosion, etc., and maintain the level, alignment and precise positioning of the equipment for a long time,
thereby ensuring Improve the operating efficiency and service life of equipment. This product is also known as "epoxy gasket glue", "precision positioning glue", etc., and has been widely used in petrochemical,
mining, metal processing, shipbuilding and other industries.
Performance features:
1. Provides pressure resistance many times greater than that of cement bases;
2. Provides an operating time of more than 40 minutes (25¡æ), suitable for large-area use;
3. It does not contain volatile substances such as organic solvents and has a very low shrinkage rate, ensuring that the grouting layer is completely connected to the bearing surface after forming;
4. Can be used in harsh environments with alternate freezing and thawing from -50°C to +80°C without plastic deformation;
5. Can withstand contact corrosion from chemicals such as acids, alkalis, salts, and greases.

How to use:
1. Installation of new equipment
When installing new equipment, this product can be used to replace the prefabricated horizontal installation base of cement grout material, or the equipment can be installed in place first,
and then the product can be poured at the reserved base position.
2. Maintenance of old equipment
1. Cleaning and preparation: ¢Ù Remove all debris around the equipment and set up a cordon to prevent non-engineering personnel from entering; ¢Ú Use a level to determine the direction and angle of the equipment deviation;
¢Û Clean the oil stains and other pollutants around the feet of the equipment and keep them clean and Dry state; ¢Ü Loosen the anchor screws, and coat each screw with release agent, then insert it into the bolt hole and screw
it into a certain depth to prevent the glue from flowing into the bolt hole when pouring glue; ¢Ý Use external force to make the equipment level and straight; ¢ÞLay diversion troughs around the footings to prevent glue
from overflowing;
2. Preparation: Open the lid of the bucket of component A and stir for 1 minute with an electric mixer to avoid sedimentation at the bottom. Then pour component B into the bucket of component A
and stir thoroughly until the two components are completely dispersed. At this time, the container The glue state inside should be completely consistent;
3. Pouring: Pour the mixed glue along the edge of the diversion trough until the liquid level fills up and exceeds the gap between the equipment feet;
4. Curing: After pouring, let it stand at room temperature (around 25¡æ) for more than 24 hours to solidify;
5. Remove the surrounding weirs, remove external correction forces, tighten the equipment's anchor bolts, and restore the equipment to normal condition.
Precautions:
1. The parameter data marked in this document are obtained from our company's laboratory or third-party testing. They are for users' reference only and are not used as a basis for purchase or claim settlement.
Due to the complex and diverse industrial environment, it is recommended that users contact us to request samples and conduct pre-use tests by simulating actual working conditions.
2. The usage methods in this material are only general guidelines. Before formal construction, please determine a more suitable construction plan based on the actual conditions on site.
3. The curing time in the data is obtained at 25°C. When the ambient temperature is lower than 25°C, the curing time will be extended. If you need to speed up the curing speed, you can take appropriate heating measures;
4. When the construction environment temperature is higher than 25°C or the one-time mixing amount is too large, the curing speed of the product will be accelerated. In this case, the operating time should be appropriately
shortened and the mixing amount should be reduced.
Safety/Health:
This product is a general chemical. Excessive contact may cause skin allergies. It is recommended to maintain air circulation in the construction environment. Construction workers should wear long-sleeved work clothes
and dust masks, goggles and protective gloves to avoid contact with the eyes and skin. In case of accidental contact, please immediately rinse repeatedly with running water for more than 5 minutes. If necessary,
please seek medical treatment in time.
Packaging/storage and transportation:
Two components, 25kg/group. Store in a closed store in a cool, ventilated, dry place, with a shelf life of 1 year. Keep away from children and dangerous goods during storage and transportation,
and avoid inversion and bumping. Transport according to non-restricted cargo conditions.
